Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided directly through the portal for a convenient drop-off experience.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn or lightly tested footwear back in its original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
